That's right! Wednesday night we rolled up in Demiplane and gave the Performer and his posse a lesson in the art of Getting Funky. Weeks of practice worth of frantically hammering hotkeys and dealing with The Master's legions of glorified security guards got us yet another server-first and a shot at Big Daddy Mistmoore himself.
It almost didn't happen though. With time running out, things weren't looking too hot. Nearly overwhelmed, we thought that all was lost.
Then... he appeared.

A blast from the past, the late, great, Freddie fuckin' Mercury. Rejuvenated by the power of ROCK, we busted out some Queen records and rallied one last time, keeping ourselves alive long enough to finish the event.
It was a lot of fun though, despite the difficulty of the event. Thank you, Freddie, and excellent work to all those who were there. I can only hope that the spirit of Freddie will be with us for future battles.
