My internet is dead
I'm not sure where I should post this, but my internet connection is pretty much dead right now. I wont be able to make raids until I get it fixed. Unfortunately, I think it's the ISP, which I'm going to have to switch which might take some time. Using a brand new router, so I doubt that's the problem since it was working up till last week.
I'll look in to borrowing my neighbors connection in the mean time, but I can't make any promises there. I'll keep you guys updated. |

Just curious, but did you set your port forwarding in your new router for EQ? Is you 'net down or you just can't get in EQ?

Sorry for the late reply, but no, I don't think that's the problem.
This same router has been the one I've used ever since I joined the guild. The problems have only been recent, and are consistent across all games I play at the moment, even for those as primitive as Diablo 2. Things are looking to be better, but I'm not sure if that was the result of constant bitching at my ISP with threats to discontinue their services, or if it's just coincidence. Joke's on these fuckers though, I'm still getting Roadrunner at my earliest possible opportunity. Verizon DSL can take their promises of FIOS(was "supposed" to hit my town like 4 years ago) and shove it up their urethra. I plan on being there for raids Monday, worst case scenario if I'm LDing a bunch is to sit out the emote intensive events so I don't fuck the raid over. |
